Lutheran Medical Center Foundation is the 501 c3 public nonprofit organization that develops support for excellent patient care and innovative new ideas in medicine at not-for-profit Lutheran Medical Center and its associated services, including Lutheran Hospice at Collier Hospice Center, West Pines Behavioral Health and Colorado Lutheran Home.
In 2013, the Foundation raised and gave $1.1 million in grants and assistance to Lutheran, helping with projects as varied as nurse education, purchasing critical care equipment, renovating patient care sites and helping provide charity care for un- and under-insured patients.
